Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical effects of the method of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in treating hemorrhoids. Methods The indications, operation time, complications and curative effects were retrospectively analyzed in 356 patients undergone PPH from March 2006 to March 2012. Results The operation time wasl5 ~ 35 minutes (25 minutes in average). There were 329 cases (92.4%) got excellent results. The main complications included obvious postoperative anus pain ( 14 cases) , edema of anus margin (9 cases) , postoperative hemorrhage (2 cases) and stoma stricture (2 cases). No anal incontinence , urethra, or vaginal wall damage occurred. Conclusion The method of PPH has advantages of shorter operation time, less bleeding, less pain , no destroy of the anus structure, quicker recovery and lower recurrence, which is recommended as an effective method in the treatment of the third degree or above hemorrhoids with or without bleeding.关键词
