摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was used in 61 cases (67 eyes) underwent dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis and (/or) nasolacrimal obstruction. Results 61 patients of this group were followed up for 4 to 12 months. 56 eyes (83. 6% ) were cured and 11 eyes (16. 4% ) got improved. No failure case was observed. Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy is still an ideal method in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and (/or) nasolacrimal obstruction.关键词
