知觉学习对于间歇性外斜视儿童视功能影响的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of binocular visual function of children with intermittent exotropia after perceptual learning. Methods A total of 42 children with intermittent exotropia were taken. Synoptophore was used to detect visual function at I stage, II stage and at HI stage. Titmus stereogram was used to detect near stereopsis. We also check the strabismus angle of these patinets. All data were recorded before learning and 1, 2 and 3 months after learning, then be statistically analyzed. Results In 42 children with intermittent exotropia,There were 20 children with visual function at I stage before training,and 32 children after 3 months training,there was statistical difference ( P<0. 05). There were 13 children with visual function at II stage before training, and 22 children after 3 months training, there was statistical difference(P<0. 05). There were 28 children with visual function at HI stage before training, and 37 children after 2 months training, there was statistical difference (P<0. 05). Titmus stereogram showed that there were 19 cases with near stereopsis before training and 29 children after 3 months training,there were statistical differences(P<0.01). The mean far angle of strabismus was 28. 33 ±11. 15△ before training, and that changed to 27. 69±11. 56△after 3 months training, there were statistical differences ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Perceptual learning is good for reconstruction of
binocular visual function and alleviate angle of strabismus
for children with intermittent exotropia,use this for the
patients not suit to operation.
