烟草植株静态虚拟模型的研究
Development of static virtual tobacco model based on three-dimensional scanning methodology

Abstract
FastSCAN TM scanning system was used to measure leaf geometry of tobacco plants grown in field at different growth stages. Results showed that high-accuracy data characterizing leaf morphology of tobacco plants were obtained with this method. Problem such as data loss in measurement was solved using a specific algorithm. A single coordinate system was used in measuring all leaves of a tobacco plant, hence the spatial relation of successive leaves of plant were defined in collected dataset, and static virtual model of tobacco plants built based on measurement data well represented the spatial architecture of measured plants. This work provided foundations for quantifying 3D radiation distribution and photosynthesis in tobacco canopy as well as assessing tobacco ideotype using functional-structural plant models.关键词
