Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate types of ADR/ADE induced by TCM injection in National Essential Drug List (2004 edition) systematically, and to provide reference for rational use and safe suggestions of TCM injections and risk management. METHODS: The types of ADR/ADE induced by TCM injection were analyzed descriptively by systematic review and retrospective analysis. The statistics of ADR/ADE was analyzed by Pareto chart. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Of various ADR/ADE, case number of lesion of skin and its appendants, systemic damage and gastrointestinal damage were 2 160, 1 035 and 446, and constituent ratios were 46.11% , 22.10% and 9.52% , respectively. Accumulative constituent ratio was 77.73% , ranging from 46%~80%. Great importance should be attached to ADR/ADE induced by TCM injection, especially above ADR/ADE, to promote rational use of TCM injection.关键词
