Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality control of Liuwei shenling granules. METHODS: Panax quinquefolium, Astragali Radix, Ophiopogon japonicus, Poria cocos and Citrus aurantium were identified by TLC. The content of ginsenoside Rbi in Panacis Quinquefolii Radix was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC identification method exhibited good specificities without interference form negative samples. The linear range of ginsenoside Rbl was 26.4～792.0 μg·nL-1(r=0.999 7) and the average recovery was 98.35% (RSD=2.09% ,w=6). CONCLUSION: The established standard is simple, feasible and suitable for the quality control of Liuwei shenling granules.关键词
