Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Yidu tiaogan mixture. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Hypersil C18(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 urn) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (70:30, V/V) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of tanshinone ⅡA was 1.005～10.050 μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 2) with an average recovery of 98.66% (RSD= 1.46%,w=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Yidu tiaogan mixture.关键词
