Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Chuandanling capsules. METHODS: Qualitative identification of Salvia miltiorrhiza was conducted by TLC. The content of adenosine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The developed TLC spots were clear, well-separated and free from interference of negative sample. The linear range of adenosine was 20.42～102.10 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 101.8%(RSD=2.05% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The established standard can be used for quality control of Chuandanling capsules.关键词
