艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响
Therapeutic Efficacy of Aiding Injection Combined with Chemotherapy for Gastric Cancer and Effect of It on Immunological Function

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy, toxic reaction and effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer and immunological function. METHODS: 66 cases of gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. 34 cases in control group were given FOLFOX4 chemotherapy (oxaliplatin 95 mg·m-2 i.v. d1, 5-FU 600 mg·m-2 i.v. for 22 h after giving 5-FU 400 mg·m-2 i.v. d1～2; calcium folinate 200 mg·m-2 i.v. d 1～2). 32 cases of observation group were additionally given Aidi injection 100 mL each time by dissolving in normal saline 500 mL per day for 10 days on the basis of chemotherapy. A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 14 day. Therapeutic efficacy and toxic reaction were evaluated after 1 cycle, while the effect of therapy on immunological function was detected. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in therapeutic efficacy between 2 groups (P＞0.05); the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in observation group was significantly lower than in control group, and the amount of leukocyte decreased slightly (P＜0.05). The immunological function of T cell and the activity of NKT cell in the observation group increased significantly after treatment (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with chemotherapy alone, Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce toxic reaction and influence of chemotherapy on immunological function.关键词
