Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of geniposide, gentiopicrin and paeoniflorin in Yindan pinggan capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (16:84) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 238 run, and injection volume was 5 μL. The temperature of column was 30 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.082 6~1.652 μg for geniposide, 0.129~2.580 μg for gentiopicrin and 0.044 6~0.892 ug for paeoniflorin, and the average recoveries of them were 99.8% (RSD= 1.89%, n=9), 100.0% (RSD= 1.84% , w=9), 100.1% (RSD=1.82% ,w=9), respectively. CONCLUSION:-The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yindan pinggan capsules.关键词
