Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buxinqi oral solution. METHODS: HPLC-ELSD method was adopted. The separation was performed on Kromasil ODS C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (35:65) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was room temperature and injection volume was 20 μL. The flow rate of carrier gas (air) of ELS detector was 2.50 L·min-1. The evaporating temperature was 90 ℃ and atomizing temperature was 50 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of astragaloside IV was 1～22 ug (r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 97.13% (RSD=2.65%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Buxinqi oral solution.关键词
