脊髓电刺激对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的作用
Effects of Electrical Spinal Cord Stimulation on Cardiac Ischemic Rat

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of electrical spinal cord stimulation on cardiac ischemia area induced by cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods A total of 36 healthy male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (control group, cardiac ischemia group and cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group). The expression of substance P in central nervous system and the cardiac ischemic area of the latter two groups were observed and compared statistically. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of substance P in central nervous system was increased in cardiac ischemia group (P < 0.05). Comparing cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group with cardiac ischemia group, (lie spinal cord stimulation could reduce the expression of substance P during cardiac ischemia (P < 0.05). In cardiac ischemia group,the mean ratio of cardiac ischemic area to the left ventricle was about 46.51%±2.19%. In cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group,the mean ratio of cardiac ischemia area to the left ventricle was about 35.33%±3.34%,which was decreased by 30.0% compared with that in the cardiac ischemia group (P < 0.01),with significant difference. Conclusion Electrical spinal cord stimulation can decrease the algesia neurotransmitter and substance P in central nervous system,and also reduce the cardiac ischemic area caused by cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury.关键词
