Abstract
Objective To compare clinical effects of the two different neoadjuvant chemotherapies on locally advanced cervical squamous cancer (LACC). Methods A total of 54 patients with stage I b2- II a of cervical squamous cancer admitted in the first hospital affiliated to the China Medical University during 2004-2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Totally 42 patients were treated by preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PEB (cisplatin,etoposide and bleomycin) regimen,and others received PVB (cisplatin,vincristine and bleomycin) regimen. The side effects of chemotherapy, remission of the clinical symptoms and histology were analyzed. Results The effective rate of PEB and PVB chemotherapy were 85.7% and 83.3%,respectively;there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05); the side effects of PEB regimen in bone marrow suppression were slighter than PVB regimen, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups in metastatic lymph nodes ratio or para-metrium invasion. Conclusion The neoadjuvant chemotherapy with two regimens were effective treatments of the locally advanced cervical squamous cancer, there was no significant difference between the two groups.关键词
