摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of ischemir postconditioning on ischemia-reperfusion myocardial in diabetic rats. Methods Rat diabetic model was established by using streptozotozin (STZ, 45 mg/kg). All rats were injected by STZ (iv) and randomly divided into 4 groups (n =12): (1 )normai group (control group) :rats were fed normally; (2 )sham group:left anterior descending coronary artery was separated, but not occlusion; (3 )ischemia-reperfusion (IR) group: the rats were subjected to 30 minutes ischemia by left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion (LADO),and reperfusion without additional intervention;(4)IPostC group:30 minutes after LADO,the coronary artery was perfused for 30 seconds and occluded for 30 seconds (repeated 3 times), and then the coronary artery was reperfused for 2 hours. Myocardial infarct size was measured by TTC and CK-MB,apoptosis was measured by TUNEL. Results Compared with other groups,myocardial infarct size and apoptosis were significantly reduced in IPostC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ischemic postconditioning can reduce the myocardial infarct size and apoptosis in diabetic rat heart,and protect ischemia-reperfusion myocardial of diabetic rats.
