Research progress of interactions among different opioid receptor subtypes
摘要
Abstract
Opioid receptors belong to G protein-coupled receptors. They play an important role in many physiological activities, especially in the analgesic effect. Recent studies found that interaction of structure or/and function can occur among the opoid receptor subtypes. This interaction coordinates to involve; in the signal recognition and transdnction, resulting in the enhanced analgesic effect and reduced side effects. This paper summarizes the latest research progress in the interaction among opoid receptors with the aim of gaining the greater insight of novel analgesic development.关键词
