经前平颗粒对愤怒情绪模型大鼠不同脑区单胺类神经递质的影响及分析
Effect of Jingqianping granule on monoamine neurotransmitters in different brain regions of anger-out model rats
摘要
Abstract
Aim To explore the mechanism of anger-out rat model as well as effect of Jingqianping granule on the monoamine neurotransmitter eontent in different brain region of rats with anger- out model. Methods The anger-out model rats were prepared by a soeial iso-lation plus resident-intruder stress, respeetively , into normal group, anger-out emotion rat model group and Jingqianping granule treatment group. The monoamine neurotransmitter eontent in different brain regions of rats were measured by high performanee liquid chroma-tography( IIPLC ). Results Compared with the control group, anger-out model rats hypothalamus NE eontent deereased( P < 0. 01 ). After the administration, the abnormal ME eontent in frontal eortex of anger-out model rats was correeted( P < 0. 05 ); top DA content decreased ( P < 0. 01 , P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01 ), in pre-frontal eortex, eortex hippocampus of anger-out model rats, and DA content in hypothalamus was increased significantly( P <0. 01 ). After administration DA eontent recovered to the normal level in hypothalamus( P <0. 01 ). The eontent of 5-IIT decreased in anger-out model rats hypothalamus( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Anger-out cmotional reaction of model rats is related with the decline of ME eontent in hypothalamus. It is also related to the remarkable decrease of 5-IIT eontent in prefrontal eortex, hippocampus, eortex, parietal area DA and the significant increase of hypothalamus DA eontent. Jingqianping granule may have pharmacological effects by correcting those indicators and its possible function locations are different cerebral regions. To sum up, these results provide direction and a theoreti-cal basis for further research.关键词
