摘要

Abstract

Degenerate primers were designed according to expansin gene sequences from other plants. Conserved sequence of expansin gene in Glycine max L. was cloned using young shoot cDNA of a dwarf mutant HK808. Full-length expansin gene, designated as GmEXPA4, was cloned by RACE. Bioinformatics result showed that GmEXPA4 was a member of alpha-expansin subfamily. Fluorescence real-time quantification PCR indicated that GmEXPA4 expression was constitutively in different period in wildtype Dongnong 42 and mutant HK808. The relative expression showed close relation to the amount of soybean growth.
