Application review of near infrared spectroscopy technology on quality analyzing of agricultural products
摘要
Abstract
Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a new technology in detecting and analyzing in recent years. It is rapid and nondestructive compared with traditional analyzing technology. Applications in the fields of ingredient prediction, category and decay identification, and real-time supervision were reviewed on agricultural products. The development of NIRS instrument, further exploration of chemometrics and on line fast analysis methods were discussed for future research.关键词
