Abstract
By relating to our practice, the paper introduces the planning, organization and implementation of hospital environmental and cultural construction. Then it points out that in the new era medical art workers should not only continue to play their traditional role in medical teaching, clinical practice, research and publication, but also at the same time develop new functions in hospital environmental and cultural construction in order to adapt to the new situation of the times, seek new development of the discipline and make new contributions to the cause of health care.关键词
