Ethical Reflection of Organ Donation and Procurement after Citizen Death in China
摘要
Abstract
At present, there are some problems exist in organ donation and procurement after citizen death in our country, which include shortages in organ donation consciousness, organ transplantation ethical review and without a uniform and coordinating mechanism about organ donation and procurement. This paper comes up with the basic principles of organ donation and procurement after citizen death, which are independent voluntary, informed consent, respect life and voluntary contributions. Furthermore, some measures such as strengthening publicity about organ donation after citizen death, constructing the ethnical procedure of organ donation and procurement after citizen death, conscientiously strengthening ethnical management, building perfect organization construction and management standard of organ procurement organization, constructing compensation mechanism for organ donors and so forth are also proposed.关键词
