优化村级卫生人力资源配置的对策——基于北京市M县的实地观察研究
Countermeasures for Optimizing Medical Resource Allocation in Villages-Based on Field Observation in M District in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposed pertinence suggestion for the current problems in medical resource allocation in village health institutions, through surveying some village doctors and villagers in M district in Beijing. These suggestions include; selecting suitable doctor successor in the cultural community in the village; making " doctor also peasant" identity as the core, solving village doctors'appealing, namely reducing the admittance threshold, improving the village doctor treatment; fully mining village doctors' gatekeeper action; using the power of moral to constraint village doctor individual behavior, namely moral self - discipline, moral heteronomy.关键词
