摘要
Abstract
Medical staffs moral emotion is the important content of the construction of medical ethics, but at present, the clinical medical staff medical ethics emotion cultivation is emphasized. Cultivation of medical ethics e-motions in medical staff of medical laboratory has important role in improving the quality of medical treatment, harmonizing doctor - patient relationship and promoting the construction of medical ethics. Therefore, should cultivate the individual noble medical ethics, strengthen its business knowledge learning, perfect the rules and regulations and strict execution, create a harmonious medical environment and guide the social public opinion direction.
