摘要
Abstract
The First Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University actively carried out management by objectives in order to improve the quality of health care. The management by objectives was divided into three phases; propaganda and education, implement and Summarizing and feedback, which emphatically carried out from education of medical ethics, improving nursing staff service quality, continuously improving the level of medical treatment , strengthening the medical system implementation, strengthening medical safety education and so forth, with continuous correcting the deviation work, so as to improve the hospital medical quality management.关键词
