三物白散对胃癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡及survivin基因表达的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Sanwubaisan-containing serum on the apoptosis and survivin expression of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods Human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 cells were divided into normal group, low-dose Sanwubaisan group, medium-dose Sanwubaisan group, high-dose Sanwubaisan group, positive control group. The apoptosis was measured by fluorescence staining after treated by Sanwubaisan-containing serum, survivin mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR. Results After the SGC-7901 cells treated by different concentrations of Sanwubaisan-containing serum, compared with the normal group, there was a increasing tendency on the apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells, depending on the concentration and time. There was a decreasing tendency in different degrees on the survivin mRNA expression after the SGC-7901 cells treated by different concentrations of Sanwubaisan-containing serum, with statistical significance (P<0.05) compared with the normal group, and decreased with the concentration and time. Conclusion Sanwubaisan-containing serum can induce apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells and inhibit survivin mRNA expression of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.关键词
