UPLC测定黄蒲通窍胶囊中β-细辛醚含量
Determination of β-asarone in Huangpu Tongqiao Capsules by UPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of p-asarone in Huangpu Tongqiao Capsules. Methods Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile (63 : 37) at the flow rate of 0.35 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was 257 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results p-asarone was well separated and the liner range of calibration was 0.0343-0.1715 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.53% (n=6), and RSD was 2.10%. Conclusion The method is quick, simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for determination of p-asarone in Huangpu Tongqiao Capsules.关键词
