Abstract

Objective To establish the method for determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions by HPCE. Methods The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary (60 cm×75 μm), with 40 mmol/L Na2B4O7 (25℃, pH 9.0) as the running buffers. The separation voltages were 20 kV, injection time was 5 s, temperature was 25℃, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The concentration range of scutellarin was 0.1-4 mg/mL with linear ralationship (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 99.35% (RSD = 0.47%, n=9). Conclusion The method was stable and feasible for the determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions.
