高效毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素固体分散体中野黄芩苷含量
Determination of Scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions by HPCE

Abstract
Objective To establish the method for determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions by HPCE. Methods The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary (60 cm×75 μm), with 40 mmol/L Na2B4O7 (25℃, pH 9.0) as the running buffers. The separation voltages were 20 kV, injection time was 5 s, temperature was 25℃, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The concentration range of scutellarin was 0.1-4 mg/mL with linear ralationship (r=0.999 2). The average recovery was 99.35% (RSD = 0.47%, n=9). Conclusion The method was stable and feasible for the determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions.关键词
