Abstract
Lignin, with a three-dimensional network structure, is mainly composed of substituted phenylpropane units, which are linked together through the ester and C-C linkages. In recent years, the separation and structure analysis of lignin has attracted more attention. As a new and increasingly mature analysis method, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy plays an important role in lignin structure research in recent years. Especially 2D HSQC, it can provide both qualitative and quantitative information of the lignin structure rapidly and accurately. This paper mainly introduces the application progress of 'H NMR,13C NMR,31 P NMR and 2D HSQC NMR used in the lignin separation research, and points out the existed problems, and the prospect of the future development and applications of NMR.关键词
