摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation care and acupuncture with motor imagery on the post - stroke upper limb functional disorder. Methods :40 cases were divided into observe group and compare group, 20 cases in each group. Two groups were given rehabilitation care and head body acupuncture care, besides that the treatment group was given motor imagery care . All patients were assessed with the simple test for Fugl - Meyer Assessment ( FMA) , and Modified Barthel Index ( MBI) before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment of six weeks, scores of the FMA and the MBI for the two groups had improved (P < 0.01) , and the treatment group was superior to compare group (P <0. 01). Conclusion; Motor imagery combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation care can improve stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction which is worthy of clinical study.
