摘要
Abstract
To demenstrate the methods and mechanism of the affection of Cheng& scalp and neck acupuncture in treating Meige syndrome by illustrating cases. So far, there is still no kind of satisfactory treatment to cure this disease. Professor Cheng treats it by using Chengs scalp and neck acupuncture which is proved to be effective . According to the theory that acupuncture along a meridian represents reinforcement while against means reduction , Professor Cheng acupunctures Baihui penetratingly to Shenting so as to nourish the brains medulla, on the contrary, he acupunctures Shenting penetratingly to Baihui in order to purge pathogenic factor in Du meridian. In this way, patients'brains are able to control the mental activities, and in further to adjust the function of the pyramidal system. Meanwhile, he acupunctures bilateral Luoque penetratingly to ipsilateral Touwei so as to adjust Qi and blood in the brain and to restore the function of the extra pyramidal system. In addition, Professor Cheng uses body acupuncture according to patients'syndrome differentiation to adjust muscular tension and alleviate muscle spasm. 关键词
