干燥溶剂介质对常压制备SiO2气凝胶的影响
Influence of drying solvents on silica aerogels at ambient pressure
摘要
Abstract
SiO2 aerogel was prepared with TEOS and Ethanol as raw material by sol-gel method, surface modification, solvent exchange and ambient pressure drying. The results indicate that SiO2 aerogels dried in solvent mixtures have properties superior to aerogels dried in single solvent, SiO2 aerogel dried in solvent mixture (hexane and toluene) has best properties, low apparent density (0.102 7 g/cm3), high surface area (928.4 m2/g), high pore volume (3.295 cm2/g) and hydrophobic silica aerogel was obtained with solvent mixture(hexane and toluene).关键词
