ZAT10变形锌合金在不同腐蚀环境中的腐蚀及力学性能变化
Corrosion and mechanical properties of ZAT10 deformed zinc alloy in different corrosive environments

Abstract
The corrosion behavior and mechanical properties of ZAT10 alloy in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution at different temperatures were investigated by polarization curve, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the corrosion of ZAT10 alloy contains general corrosion and intergranular corrosion in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution. The alloy has better corrosion resistance characteristics in tap water. When the temperature increases, the corrosion resistance of ZAT10 alloy decreases and the corrosion is serious. The oxidized layer in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution is mainly Zn5(OH)8CO3·nH2O, and Zn(OH)2 and ZnO, respectively. The mechanical properties of corroded alloy decrease sharply, and the extent decrease and velocity of the tensile strength are greater in 3.5% NaCl solution than those in water.关键词
