脾虚模型小鼠肾脏中Bcl-2、Bax和Fas蛋白表达研究
Expression of Bcl-2, Fas and Bax protein in kidney of mice with spleen deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective: The model of spleen deficiency was obtained by giving Dachengqitang to SD mice with stomach tube. Then the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and Fas protein was detected. Methods: The pathological change of kidney was studied by paraffin section with H.E staining. The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and Fas protein in kidney cells was measured through immunohistochemical method of SP.Results: There were inflammatory in the glomerulus of kidney and coagulation necrosis in the tissue of proximal convoluted tubule and distal convoluted tubule of mice with spleen deficiency. Meanwhile, the expression of Bax and Fas protein was significant higher (P〈0.05), the Bcl-2 was significant lower (P〈 0.05 ) than that of the control group. Conclusion: Spleen deficiency would lead pathological changes in the kidney. Meanwhile, the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and Fas protein were influenced significantly.关键词
