胃肠宁对脾虚大鼠胃肠激素和炎性细胞因子的影响
Influence of Weichangning Decoction on gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory cytokines of spleen-deficiency rats

Abstract
Objective: To further study the efficacy of Weichangni Decoction on spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: The model of rat with spleen deficiency syndrome was made by the method of purgation with drugs of bitter flavour and cold nature,and the influence of Weichangning Decoction on the content of IL-10, IL-1β in serum and SP, VIP in initial part of ileum of spleen deficiency rats was studied. Results:The content of IL-10 in serum of spleen deficiency rats was significantly decreased (P〈0.05)and IL-Iβ was significantly increased (P〈0.05).Weichangning could recover the content of IL-10 and IL-1β of spleen deficiency rats in some extent, which had no signifieant difference from natural recovery group (P〉0.05): the content of SP in initial part of ileum of spleen deficiency rats was significantly increased (P〈0.05), and VIP was significantly decreased (P〈0.05).Weichangning could significantly recover the content of SP and VIP in initial part of ileum of spleen deficienc) rats (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Weichangning had better efficacy on spleen deficiency syndrome, and the main mechanism was that Weichangning can regulate the content of SP and VIP in initial part of ileum of spleen deficiency rats.关键词
