响应曲面法优化淫羊藿黄酮提取工艺
Optimization of the extraction process for flavonoids in Herba Epimedii by response surface method
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of single factor experiment,the conditions for extracting flavonoids from Herba Epimedii were optimized with response surface method (RSM). The optimal conditions for flavones extraction were obtained as follows: extraction temperature of 67.5℃ ,water/solid ratio of 31, extraction time of 1.73 h,and ethanol concentration of 79%. Under the above conditions,the one-time extraction rate was up to 2.054%,which was 0.08% more than the theoretical value.关键词
