响应面法优化连翘叶中连翘苷提取工艺研究
Study on Extraction Technology of Phillyrin from Forsythia suspensa Leaves using Response Surface Method

Abstract
To obtain the optimal technology for extraction of forsythin from Leaves of Forsythia suspensa, the effects of eth-anol concentration, material - to - liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times on phillyrin yield were investigated by single factor method. And then a 4 -factor, 3 - level Box - Behnken experimental design coupled with response surface method was employed to optimize conditions. The optimal values of ethanol concentration, material - to -liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time were determined to be 80% , 1- 14, 831 and 2 h, respectively. Under this condition, the yield of phillyrin was 0. 3895 %.关键词
