摘要

Abstract

To obtain the optimal technology for extraction of forsythin from Leaves of Forsythia suspensa, the effects of eth-anol concentration, material - to - liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times on phillyrin yield were investigated by single factor method. And then a 4 -factor, 3 - level Box - Behnken experimental design coupled with response surface method was employed to optimize conditions. The optimal values of ethanol concentration, material - to -liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time were determined to be 80% , 1- 14, 831 and 2 h, respectively. Under this condition, the yield of phillyrin was 0. 3895 %.
