摘要

Abstract

The accurate prediction of rolling force is very important for the design and production process of rolling line. At present in the engineering calculations, most of rolling force calculation models start from the whole adhesion in the deformation zone, and use the simple regression formula based on the Sims formula. However, in the finishing process, there is not only the adhesion zone but also the sliding zone in the deformation zone. In consideration of the constantly changing of friction force in rolling process and the effect of residual strain on the deformation resistance under different kinds of steel rolling, the regression formula of the friction force influence coefficient under different rolling passes is obtained, and a prediction model of finish rolling force is established. The comparison of data measured in a steel plant indicates the prediction model has higher calculation accuracy.
