摘要

Abstract

The shearing process of metal sheets is a complex large plastic deformation process. According to the deformation characteristics in shearing process, a finite element model for metal plate shearing was established with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the elastic-plastic finite element analysis was done. The stress-strain states, deformation and force-energy parameters were obtained through simulation calculation. The shearing force was tested on the sampling shear in a certain steel firm. The test result showed that the simulation result is reliable and can be used as a basis for the design and manufacture of sampling shear.
