摘要
Abstract
In traditional FEA analysis of PMBLDCM mainly focus on magnetic field distribution, and rarely analyze motor' s starting and steady process characteristics. FEA analysis 2D and 3D model respectively was presented. In FEA Analysis 2D model, by analyze motor' s mechanical transient performance from two aspects: considering starting and without considering starting. And get a series of running curve for the two aspects. In FEA 3D model, by examine the magnetic fields distribution of the motor, analyze the effect of the magnetic circuit and motor dimension. Accordingly, proposed a full procedure for design PMBLDCM. In the end, by comparison the simulation and experiments results, verified the reliability and feasibility of the simulation results.
