摘要

Abstract

This paper reviews the principle, techniques, research statues and current problems of major processing technologies of casi superalloys, such as polycrystalline casting, directional solidification, single-crystal manufacture. The cast structure control and crystal orientation selection during solidification were analyzed. Single-crystal processing including bottom-seeding and spiral selection technique was summarized. The formation mechanism and control methods of typical cast defects in single crystal superalloys were analyzed. Finally, the possible development trends of the superalloy investment casting in future were prospected.
