Effects of Furan Resin and Hardener Contents on Tensile Strength of No-Bake Furan Resin Sand
研究了自硬呋喃树脂和磺酸固化剂的不同加入量对树脂砂抗拉强度的影响.结果表明:随着树脂加入量的增加,树脂砂的初始强度(1 h)、中间强度(8 h)和终强度(24 h)都呈现先增后减再增的趋势,当树脂加入量为1.6%时,型砂的抗拉强度最高;随着固化剂加入量的增加,型砂的抗拉强度呈现先增后减的趋势,当固化剂含量为树脂含量的50%时,型砂抗拉强度出现峰值.
The effects of the additions of the no-bake furan resin and sulphonic acid hardener on the tensile strength of resin sand were studied.
