Abstract
The effects of the additions of the no-bake furan resin and sulphonic acid hardener on the tensile strength of resin sand were studied. The results show that with the increasing of the addition of the resin, the tensile strength including the initial strength (1 h) , middle strength (8h) and final strength (24 h) all first increases, then decreases, and again increases, the tensile strength reaches the highest value when the furan resin content is 1.6%; the tensile strength first increases, then decreases with the increasing of the hardener content, when the hardener content is 50wt.% of the resin, the tensile strength is the highest.关键词
