摘要

Abstract

Small scale experiments are performed to simulate piping in dike foundations with heterogeneity. The influence of the heterogeneity on the dike safety has to be investigated by experiments. An addition to the rule of Sellmeijer for the heterogeneous configurations has been derived by model validation based on these experimental works. The influence of present piping channels on dike safety has also been analyzed.
