摘要

Abstract

The agricultural drought is a great threat of agricultural production, and its accurate and effective e-valuation is a key to disaster reduction decision of agricultural drought resistance of relevant departments. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current evaluation method, a new method is presented based on the opposites unity theorem for drought grade evaluation of irrigation district agriculture. The method proposed satisfies the materialist dialectics' opposites unity law, is precise for the theory and clear for the concept. The comparison and analysis of results of case demonstrates that the proposed method is effective, reliable and practical.
