摘要

Abstract

On the basis of studying different fluxes purification of A356 aluminum alloy, the effect of melting temperature and holding time on the purification of A356 aluminum alloy was analyzed. The results show that the inclusion-eliminating flux has the better treatment effects of removing inclusions and outgassing. With the increase of purification temperature, the impurity amount and gas content in aluminum alloy melted by inclusion-eliminating flux changes smoothly, and maintains at a low level. The impurity amount and gas content remains relatively stable with the increase of heat holding time.
