Research Progress of Detection and Typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus
摘要
Abstract
Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a halophilic bacterium.Food poisoning frequently caused by food contaminated by vibrio parahaemolyticus. The detection and typing approaches were reviewed in this paper including PCR,LAMP,RAPD-PCR,ERIC-PCR,PFGE,RFLP and Ribotyping. These methods played an important role in preventing and controlling of food- poisoning outbreaks caused by VP.关键词
