摘要

Abstract

To improve the teaching quality and cultivate high-quality food professional, the curriculum reform and teaching exploration of food safety rapid detection technology were carried out. The research was aimed to obtain the ideal reform style, these effect measures focused on which were adjusted the ratio between the theoretical curriculum and experimental teaching,changed the point of view between the teachers and students in the teaching process, substituted opening experiment to traditional test procedure, and so on.
