龙竹主要解剖特征的研究
Investigation on main anatomical characteristics of Dendrocalamus giganteus
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the levels of high value-added processing and utilizing for sympodial bamboo, the main anatomical characteristics of D. giganteus have been studied with the microscopic image analysis method. The results are as follows: the proportion of parenchyma, fiber, vessel and sieve tube are 60.9%, 34.6%, 4.0% and 2.1%, respectively. The average values of fiber width, double-wall thickness, lumen diameter, length, length-width ratio, double-wall thickness-lumen diameter ratio and lumen diameter-width ratio are 19.043μm, 9.518 (μm, 9.525 μm, 2 546.235μm, 134.053, 1.214 and 0.487, respectively. The radial width, tangential width and frequency of vascular bundle are 862.803 μm, 702.743 μm, and 1.133 individual·mm-2, respectively.关键词
