盐胁迫对鸢尾种子萌发的影响
Influences of Salt Stress on the Seed Ger mination of the Iris tectorum
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] In order to study the Iris tectorum seed under salt stress conditions of ger mination conditions. [ Method] Different concentrations of NaC1 solution were used to soak Iris tectorum seed at 25 X. ± 1 T for the ger mination test, then ger mination percentage, ger mi-nation potential and ger mination index were deter mined. [Result] The results showed Iris tectorum was salt sensitive plants, salt stress forced 1-ris tectorum seed ger mination percentage, ger mination potential, ger mination index significantly to reduce, and with the increase of salt concentration, the inhibition enhanced. When the salt concentration was 2 g/L, it significantly delayed ger mination time; when the salt concentration was 10 g/L, ger mination rate only reached 19.23% , and under high concentrations the ger mination quality was poor. [Conclusion] The study provides a powerful and theoretical basis for application of Iris tectorum in a large scale.关键词
