头花蓼总黄酮提取工艺的研究
Study on the Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Polygonum capitatum
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the extraction technology of flavonoids in Polygonum capitatum. [Method] The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in Polygonum capitatum were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. [Results] The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol solvents 40% , ratio of liquid to material 1:20, extraction at 80 t for 2 hours and extracting 3 times. By the above conditions, the yield and purity of total flavonoids were up to 8.304% and 52.10% respectively. [Conclusion] The obtained extraction technique is accurate and feasible.关键词
