摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize technique for extracting flavonoids from Lygodium japonicum and determine the content. [Method] Ultrasonic extraction was adopted to obtain flavonoids from L. japonicum. With ethanol as extractant, effects of solvent (ethanol) concentration, time, temperature, times on extraction were discussed through orthogonal test, and the content was determined by spectrophotometry. [ Result] The optimum conditions were; ethanol concentration 60% , temperature 25 t, ultrasonic time 10 min, extraction times 3. Compared with common water extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method, the flavonoids content was up to 4.12%. [ Conclusion] The method has many advantages of simple, convenient, rapid and energy-saving, high-efficiency.
