自制大肠菌群快速检测纸片的应用效果
Application Effect of Self-made Rapid Detection Paper for Coliform Bacteria
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] The aim was to explore the application effect of self-made rapid detection paper for coliform bacteria. [ Method ] The quantities of coliform bacteria in tableware and water collected from Liaoning Agricultural Vocational-technical College were determined by self-made rapid detection paper, meanwhile detection results of self-made rapid detection paper, saled paper and national standard method were compared. [Result] When the water was detected, the result of self-made rapid detection paper was consistent with the coincidence rate and the passing rate of national standard method. When the tableware was detected, the result of self-made rapid detection paper was consistent with the coincidence rate and the passing rate of saled paper. [ Conclusion ] The self-made rapid detection paper for coliform bacteria could save more manpower and material resources than national standard method, and the detection result is similar to that of saled paper, so it is suitable for food microorganism monitoring of basic level inspection department.关键词
